Terms of Service - CHIBOO Store

 

1. General Information

  1. The CHIBOO online store, operating at www.chiboo.pl, is run by CHIBOO Laura Kampschöer, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

  2. The Store enables Customers to purchase products branded CHIBOO, in particular handbags and accessories for dogs.

  3. Contact with the Seller is possible via email at: kontakt@chiboo.pl.

 

2. Definitions

  • Customer - a natural person making purchases in the Store.

  • Seller - the owner of the CHIBOO brand.

  • Product - goods available in the Store, in particular handbags, backpacks, accessories and add-ons.

  • Order - a declaration of intent made by the Customer to enter into a sales contract for a Product.

 

3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders may be placed via the Store’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  2. In order to place an Order, the Customer selects a Product, adds it to the cart, and follows the instructions provided during the checkout process.

  3. After placing an Order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation indicating that the Order has been accepted for processing.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to introduce quantity limits on selected products, in particular for logistical reasons, which will be visible at the order placement stage.

 

 

4. Payments

  1. Prices displayed in the Store are expressed:

    • in Polish zloty (PLN) - for orders delivered within Poland,

    • in euro (EUR) - for orders delivered within the European Union,

      and are gross prices (including applicable taxes).

     

  2. The Customer may use the following payment methods, handled by Shopify Payments:

    • payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro,

    • BLIK,

    • Apple Pay,

    • Google Pay,

    • instant online bank transfers (Przelewy24).

     

  3. Payment for the Order should be made immediately after placing it.

    If payment is not credited within 3 business days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order.

 

5. Delivery

  1. Products are shipped via courier companies and InPost Parcel Lockers, depending on the delivery method selected by the Customer.

  2. Delivery is carried out:

    • within the territory of Poland,

    • to countries of the European Union.

     

  3. Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment within up to 7 business days from the date the payment is credited, unless a different processing time is indicated in the Product description.

  4. Available delivery methods include:

    • InPost Parcel Lockers 24/7 (Poland),

    • InPost Courier (Poland),

    • DPD Courier (European Union countries).

     

  5. Delivery costs depend on the selected shipping method and the destination country and are displayed each time during the checkout process.

  6. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

 

6. Returns and Complaints

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product.

  2. To make a return, the Customer should complete the return form and send back the Product in an undamaged condition.

  3. Personalised products (e.g. made-to-order items or products with individual prints or embroidery) are not eligible for return.

  4. Complaints regarding product defects should be sent to: reklamacje@chiboo.pl, including the order number and a description of the defect.

 

7. Personal Data Protection

  1. Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.

 

8. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service.

  2. Agreements concluded with the Seller are governed by Polish law.

  3. Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
