Return Policy - CHIBOO

 

1. General Information

We want every purchase at CHIBOO to be fully satisfying.

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it in accordance with applicable law and the terms outlined below.

Returns may be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

 

2. Conditions for Accepting a Return

The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • it must show no signs of use,

  • it must be clean, complete, and have the original tags attached,

  • it should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

 

3. Return Form

To make a return, please complete the return form available on the “Returns and Complaints” page and include it with your shipment.

Returns submitted without the completed form may require additional time for identification.

 

4. Return Shipping Methods

a) Returns within Poland - preferred method

The preferred return method within Poland is InPost Parcel Lockers.

Returns may be sent:

  • via any InPost Parcel Locker, or

  • via InPost courier,

 

using the following delivery point:

b) Alternative return method - shipment to address

The Customer may also return the product by sending it directly to the Seller’s address (e.g. if returning via a Parcel Locker is not possible).

c) Returns from abroad (European Union)

For orders delivered within the European Union, returns must be sent exclusively to the Seller’s address, as returns via InPost Parcel Lockers are not available outside Poland.

 

5. Return Costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.

 

6. Refunds

After receiving and verifying the returned product, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method.

The Store may withhold the refund until the returned item has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

 

7. Complaints

Every CHIBOO product is made with the utmost care.

Your complaint submission should include:

  • the order number,

  • a description of the defect,

  • photos clearly showing the defect.

 

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The Customer will be informed of the decision and further steps via email.
