When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the delivery location.

  • Poland: up to 3 business days
  • European Union countries: up to 5 business days

Orders are shipped within 7 business days of payment confirmation.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status at any time.

Where are CHIBOO products manufactured?

Our products are made in Poland, in collaboration with a family-owned sewing workshop. Each model is crafted with attention to detail and durability, ensuring it will last for a long time.

Can I return the product?

Yes. You have 14 days to return the product without giving a reason. Detailed instructions can be found in the Returns and Complaints section.

Who covers the cost of return?

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns should be sent via any carrier to the address indicated in the terms and conditions.

What is the shipping cost?

The delivery cost depends on the chosen delivery method and the delivery destination.
