CHIBOO STORE TERMS AND POLICIES

 

1. TERMS OF PURCHASE

1.1. General information

    hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."

  2. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store and the conditions for concluding sales contracts.

 

 

1.2. Placing orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the store's website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  2. To place an order, the Customer:

    • selects the product and adds it to the cart,

    • fills in the shipping details,

    • selects the payment method and makes the payment.

     

  3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming the acceptance of the order for processing.

 

1.3. Prices and payments

  1. Product prices:

    • expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) - for orders fulfilled within Poland,

    • in euros (EUR) - for orders fulfilled within the European Union,

      and are prices gross.

     

  2. Available payment methods:

    • online payments made via Shopify Payments, including:

      BLIK, payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands), MobilePay.

     

  3. Payment should be made immediately after placing the order.

    If the payment is not credited within the deadline 3 business days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

 

1.4. Processing and shipping

  1. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  2. Orders are shipped within up to 7 business days from the moment the payment is credited, unless a different processing time is indicated in the product description (e.g., personalized or made-to-order products).

  3. Delivery is carried out:

    • within Poland,

    • to countries European Union.

     

  4. Available delivery methods:

    • InPost Parcel Lockers 24/7 (Poland),

    • InPost Courier (Poland),

    • International delivery (European Union).

     

  5. The delivery cost depends on the chosen shipping method and the destination country and is provided each time in the cart.

  6. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 

 

2. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

2.1. Right of withdrawal

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

  2. To make a return, the customer is required to fill out the return form available on the website “Returns and complaints” and include it in the return shipment.

  3. Products personalized (made to individual order, with embroidery or print) are non-returnable.

 

 

2.2. Return rules

  1. Returned product:

    • must not show signs of use,

    • must be clean, complete, and have original tags.

     

  2. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

  3. The seller does not accept shipments sent cash on delivery (COD).

  4. Refunds are made within up to 14 days from the day of receiving the return shipment or confirmation of its dispatch.

 

2.3. Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding product defects should be submitted by email to: reklamacje@chiboo.pl.

  2. The complaint report should include:

    • order number,

    • description of the defect,

    • product photo.

     

  3. Complaints are processed within up to 14 days from the day they are received.

 

 

3. PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

  1. The data controller is CHIBOO Laura Kampschöer.

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

  3. The store uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site and for statistical and marketing purposes.

  4. The user has the right to access their data, correct it, delete it, and restrict its processing.
