Shipping Policy - CHIBOO

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within up to 7 business days from the date the payment is credited.
For made-to-order or personalised products, the processing time may be longer. Detailed information is always provided in the product description.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, the Customer will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Deliveries within Poland are carried out via:

International shipments are dispatched from Poland to countries within the European Union.
International delivery is carried out via:
- International shipping (European Union) – €13.00
Free shipping does not apply to international shipments.

Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and is calculated from the date of dispatch:
- InPost Parcel Lockers 24/7 - usually 1-2 business days
- InPost Courier - usually 1-2 business days
- DPD Europe - delivery time depends on the destination country
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon delivery.
In the event of damage to the parcel, a damage report should be prepared with the courier at the time of delivery.
Complaints related to delivery should be sent to: reklamacje@chiboo.pl.

CHIBOO makes every effort to ensure that orders are packed with the utmost care and properly secured for transport.
During holiday periods, promotional campaigns or collection launches, order processing times may be extended.
