RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

We want every purchase at CHIBOO to be completely satisfactory.

If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment , without giving any reason.

1. Return form

To make a return, please complete the returns form and include it with your shipment.

2. Return acceptance conditions

Returned product:

  • it cannot bear any traces of use,

  • must be clean, complete and have original tags,

  • should be properly secured for transport.

 

 

3. How to send a return - Poland

In Poland, the preferred and recommended form of return is the InPost parcel locker , as it is the fastest and most convenient method of returning the product.

How to return a parcel to a parcel locker? Choose one of two convenient options:

Option 1 - Send from an InPost parcel locker

Send your parcel to any InPost parcel locker, indicating Paczkomat CZE58M as the delivery point.


Option 2 - Order an InPost courier to your home

Order an InPost courier and set the parcel locker CZE58M as the delivery point.

 

The most convenient way to send returns is via the InPost app.

There is no need to print a label – the app generates a shipping code, which you can simply scan at a parcel locker or give to the courier.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

 

Option 2 - Return to Seller's address

The Customer may also return the product by sending it directly to the Seller's address .

The InPost parcel locker remains the preferred form of return in Poland.

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

 

4. How to send a refund - European Union

For orders placed within the European Union, returns should be sent only to the Seller's address .

5. Important information regarding returns

• We process returns both in Poland and European Union countries.

• In Poland, the preferred form of return is the InPost parcel locker .

• Alternatively, it is possible to return the goods by courier or post to the Seller's address (this applies in particular to foreign returns).

• In the case of returns from European Union countries, the return should be sent to the Seller's address - returns to an InPost parcel locker are not possible outside Poland.

• We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.

• The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

• The product must be clean, complete, unused and have original tags and accessories.

• The return must be accompanied by a completed return form - available in Polish and English .

• Returns without a form attached may require additional time for identification.

• In the event of improper securing of the shipment, the store reserves the right to refuse to accept the return or reduce the refund amount.


5. Refund

Once the product has been verified and approved, we will refund the amount within 14 days - to the same account from which the payment was made.

The store may withhold the refund until the shipment is received or confirmation of its shipment is received.

 

COMPLAINTS

We make every CHIBOO product with the utmost care.

However, if the product you received is defective, please contact us:

In your application, please provide:

order number,

description of the defect,

a photo of the product showing the defect.


We will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

We will inform you by email about the outcome of your complaint and any possible refund or shipment of a new product.
